Dear Members and friends.
BritCham Vietnam are pleased to announce that vaccination registration for the Vietnamese Governments Programme is now open for British nationals living in country. We have been informed that the programme is initially being rolled out by the HCMC External Relations Office (HCMC ERO) in response to the complicated progressing of COVID19 nationwide. We have decided to gather data countrywide.
If you are a British national or a family member of British national, and are currently living in Vietnam, please spend a few minutes to fill in the registration form via THIS LINK before close of business Monday the 2nd August 2021.
Kindly note that the timeline for vaccination has not been advised by local authorities, and is subject to further notice, the Chamber do not have any vaccines or administer them and this is not part of the UK vaccine donation programme, and we will solely transfer the received information to the relevant authorities. The personal information you provide will be treated in the most secure manner by BritCham. It will not be used for any purpose other than vaccinations and will not be sold to any organisation. We will share the information with relevant authorities for the purposes of the vaccination programme. The Chamber has no control over the usage of data once it is handed over but we will emphasize data protection requirements. I would also emphasise that filling this registration form does not guarantee early access to vaccine doses, but is a measure to make sure the government is aware of the list and the total numbers of British nationals here.
Your participation into this survey is greatly appreciated and please do spread word through your own networks to fellow Brits as this registration is open to non-Britcham members.
Finally I would like to emphasise that this data request is unrelated to the UK Government donation to Vietnam and is solely for participation in the Vietnamese Government Vaccination Programme.
