BritCham Vietnam Annual General Meeting 2026

BritCham Vietnam is pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 will take place on Thursday, 7 May 2026.

The AGM is a key moment in our calendar, bringing together members to review the Chamber’s activities over the past year, share strategic priorities for the year ahead, and welcome the newly elected Board of Management.

KEY DATES TO REMEMBER

• 14th April: Electronic voting platform opens. Cast your vote HERE.
• 7th May: Electronic voting platform closes and proxy forms to be returned by 11:00
• 7th May: Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 from 16:00 to 19:00

PROXY VOTING

 If you are unable to attend the AGM 2026 in person, you may nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf.
