Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh recently held a second meeting with FDI enterprises within six months, reiterating the government’s commitment to consistent policies and guidelines for foreign businesses. During the conference in Hanoi on October 16, the Prime Minister affirmed three key commitments to foreign investors: safeguarding investors’ rights, supporting their stability and growth, and ensuring a fair and transparent business environment. Government leaders also engaged with VBF, chambers, and FDI representatives, addressing the IFC project and seeking support from banks, FDI entities, and think tank organizations.
