DRAFT DECREE ON GUIDING THE LAW ON VALUE ADDED AND INVESTMENT FUNDS

In February, BritCham actively sought input from its members regarding comments on two draft decrees: one guiding the law on Value Added Tax and the other on Investment Fund. The identified issues have been collated and submitted to the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) for incorporation into a letter addressed to the relevant state agencies.
