British real estate brand Chestertons opens in Vietnam!

Chestertons – the 200 year old global real estate agency and advisory company – has opened its latest office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Officially launched in May 2022 and headed up by Tam Nguyen (Principal) and Tony Picon (Executive Director), the new team comprises of Real Estate professionals with years of proven expertise in their respective fields, specializing in commercial and industrial property, as well as residential, retail, leisure, and new mixed-use developments.

The team looks forward to expanding across Vietnam’s real estate industry in collaboration with Chestertons and representing Asia’s most prestigious properties and new developments. This will be supported with both a China and Korea desk to better serve these neighboring markets.

Chestertons Vietnam will provide expert advice on the full real estate lifecycle utilizing local and international experts to deliver new opportunities and solutions. They will bring the latest prop-tech and innovative approach to the market with deep local knowledge as well as personalized customer service.

Initially based in Ho Chi Minh City, Chestertons will bring a full-service Real Estate agency to Vietnam with a research and consultancy approach to industrial services and new methodology to office tenant and landlord representation. These services are enhanced with global expertise in International Property Sales and their Private Office platform to provide clients with a unique offering that sets new standards.
