BRITCHAM MONTHLY NEWSLETTER – APRIL 2023

Category: News / Date: 04/04/2023

INTRODUCTION

This month had a definite regional feel, with the final stages of talks between the UK and the CPTPP group of countries in Phu Quoc the main headline. I was also very happy to welcome the ASEAN British Chambers to our regional conference in HCMC. The main focus was how we work together to add value to our members from a regional perspective (over 2,000 companies) and also use our joint resources to work with UK stakeholders and increase trade. The two day conference also included lunch with Mark Garnier, the UK Prime Ministers Trade Envoy to Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar and Brunei. The March edition of the Keep Calm networking series was a bumper night with over 60 attendees, it was great to see a lot of new faces, we look forward to them becoming familiar ones! See you at the next Keep Calm event on Thursday 27th April!
