About us

Job Description
Responsibilities
· To lead Atlas digital and report to the CEO
· Lead the dedicated Atlas digital team of 10+ Managers, Senior Digital Coordinators and R&D
· Coordinate with Atlas executive and global BD teams for digital strategy, planning, projects, resource,
costs, R&D and training
· Digital project estimation, technical solutions, project delivery solutions
· Chair BIM coordination meetings on large scale international projects with consultants and contractors
Support role – Atlas projects
· 200+ Advanced Revit / Archi CAD capable multi-discipline staff delivering high quality international
projects
· 95% of projects on BIM360 and shared with clients
· All international projects, no Vietnam projects
· All large scale projects, multi-discipline, all sectors, top tier consultant and contractor clients
· No design services are provided by Atlas to our clients
· Modelling and drawing production from LOD100 to LOD500
· Scan to BIM for LOD200 to LOD500
· As-Built model creation for LOD300 to LOD500
· Construction sequencing
· Shop drawing production
· Visualization animations and stills
Job requirements
· Minimum 20 years in AEC industry, minimum 10 years as BIM Manager on international projects
· Fluent English language skills, highly experienced in client communication
· Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino, Navisworks, Solibri, Revizto, Dynamo, Grasshopper, BIM360
· Minimum 5 years creating and setting up BIM standards for large projects and for clients
· Minimum 5 years working with Asset Information systems, experienced in classification systems and
asset tagging in models
· Experienced in digital set up and standards for large scale projects using global teams on BIM360
· Experienced in large scale project model federation solutions, clash review, clash coordination
· Experienced in chairing BIM coordination meetings on large scale projects with consultants and
contractors
· Experienced in Point Cloud to BIM Model projects
· Experienced in As-Built Drawing to BIM Model projects
· Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare, Aviation, Rail, Industrial
· Providing services to the AEC industry for BIM Migration, BIM Consulting, BIM Project Management
