INTRODUCTION

May and June have flown by and already we have reached the end of Q2. A challenging one for sure, and certainly a busy one! May saw our annual AGM where we reflected and reported on 2022/23 and also looked forward to the next year. This also saw the election of the new board. I would like to thank both Rick Yvanovich and Matthew Martin for their time as board members and support in pushing BritCham forward. This means I am very happy to welcome 2 new board members to BritCham, Trang Dang, Head of ICAEW Vietnam and Hugh Sykes, Managing Director, Perygrene Ltd.

In June we held the 2023 edition of the Great Awards & Gala dinner, this was a true celebration of success within our community and a great party! Organisations were recognised for innovation, being a great employer and ESG initiatives to name but a few. Thank you to everyone who attended – we look forward to seeing you in 2024.
