BRITCHAM SUBMITS FEEDBACK ON DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW ON EDUCATION

– In response to the Ministry of Education and Training’s release of the Draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Education, BritCham has actively gathered feedback from members and submitted a consolidated response through the VBF Education Working Group. Our submission reflects key concerns and recommendations from UK education providers and partners in Vietnam, aiming to support a more enabling and internationally aligned regulatory framework for the sector.
