What’s on the agenda for each day?

Day 1
Discover more about how ethics, sustainability and technology are all impacting the future of the profession, and what businesses need to do to remain relevant and equipped with the right skills. Hear from ICAEW’s Chief Executive, Michael Izza, and a number of employers on topics such as data analytics, managing the sustainability challenge and tackling fraud.

Day 2
Find out more about the changes to our qualifications, insights into recruitment within the profession, and the benefits available to both employers and trainees. We will also explore how trainees are currently feeling in the wake of the pandemic and the further support available.

Day 3
The final day will focus on recruitment best practices – including attracting Generation Z, diversity and inclusion, mental health in the workplace and the post COVID-19 business challenges for 2021 and beyond.
