MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job description:
Responsible for leading the development and delivery of the BritCham marketing and communications strategy. The role will include but not exclusively, the following tasks:
- – Manage content and functions of our digital platforms
- – Develop new ideas regarding opportunities for BritCham to expand engagement with existing and new stakeholder audiences; and implement new communication initiatives/approaches/channels, ensuring consistent brand equity through digital and other channels.
- – Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy for all elements of the Chamber’s communication strategy.
- – Understand & develop/improve an effective UI/UX for the BritCham digital platforms
- – Prepare and distribute regular newsletters and updates
- – Co-ordinate with service providers to ensure website functionality
- – Develop & manage all marketing activities consistent with approved strategy/plans/briefs. This includes general chamber marketing and specific event marketing.
- – Design all marketing material for BritCham, such as banners, digital posters, backdrops etc for events in line with the brand and marketing requirements
- – Develop & lead the project for revenue generating marketing activities, such as website banners, ads, member e-newsletter articles etc
- – Make sure the contact database is clean & all mailing lists are up to date and correctly filtered.
- – Manage the marketing budget
- – Develop and maintain a good relationship with local and UK media stakeholders.
- – Support BritCham events arrangements (where necessary)
- – Other adhoc general chamber tasks as and when required by the Executive Director
