CPTPP SURVEY
In line with the Vietnam–UK Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, BritCham Vietnam is seeking member input to support ongoing dialogue between government and the business community. Working closely with the UK Government (DBT), your feedback will help inform our advocacy efforts, including high-level engagements and policy discussions.
This survey aims to:
⚫ Identify key regulatory barriers currently faced by UK businesses in Vietnam.
⚫ Understand member experiences regarding CPTPP implementation (e.g., customs clearance, data localisation, and certificate requirements).
⚫Develop BritCham’s advocacy agenda and concrete policy recommendations to improve market entry.

ENVIRONMENT DRAFT LAW
BritCham has consolidated member feedback on the draft amendments to the Law on Environmental Protection, currently under development by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment. The submission reflects key business concerns and recommendations, contributing to ongoing advocacy efforts with the relevant authorities.
