BRING VIETNAMESE LACQUER ART TO LONDON – BE A PART OF HISTORY
For the first time in the UK, an exhibition will celebrate Vietnamese lacquer art—a unique fusion of French and Vietnamese creativity that has thrived through war and independence. Held at SOAS Gallery, London (Oct-Dec 2025), it coincides with three historic milestones:

Curated by Elizabeth Thomson, Saeko Ando & William Hanbury Tenison under the patronage of The Earl of St. Andrews, the exhibition will feature 80+ artworks, unveiling the richness of this extraordinary art form.
