Hội thảo được hướng dẫn bởi Tổng Lãnh Sự Vương Quốc Anh tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và Giám đốc Thương mại, Alexandra Elizabeth Smith. Bà có kinh nghiệm dày dặn trong lĩnh vực kinh tế và thương mại. Bà từng là Giám đốc chiến lược, đàm phán Hiệp định Thương mại tự do Anh - châu Âu (EFTA), Bộ Kinh doanh và thương mại, London và Tham tán Kinh tế - thương mại, Phái đoàn Vương quốc Anh tại ASEAN.
