BRITCHAM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024 – CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
BritCham is pleased to announce that nominations for the 2024/25 BritCham Board are now being accepted. Members are invited to download the nomination form HERE and submit to the email address highlighted.
Please note that you must be proposed by one organisation member and seconded by another, and should include a headshot photograph and a personal statement with the submission.
Deadline for board nominations: 11 AM, 3rd May. Voting will be carried out electronically and announced at the AGM on 16th May.
There will be an online “Hustings’ on 7th May allowing nominees 1 minute (live or pre recorded video) to explain why they wish to be a BritCham board member.
Completed nomination forms and supporting documents should be emailed to matt.ryland@britchamvn.com. For the AGM itself if the Primary Member is unable to attend, a proxy can be designated to another named member listed on the BritCham member register.
