BRITCHAM ATTENDED THE ADVISORY COUNCIL ON ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE REFORM

As a member of Prime Minister’s Advisory Council on Administrative Procedure Reform (ACAPR), BritCham attended the 2nd assessment conference chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Trần Lưu Quang. The conference focused on assessing the implementation of administrative procedure reforms in public service delivery and discussing areas for improvement, especially in digitalization and simplification of procedures, with a continued emphasis on enhancing the satisfaction of citizens and businesses. While significant progress has been made in amending policies and regulations, there are still challenges to be addressed, including maintaining the quality of administrative procedures, reducing unnecessary bureaucracy, and ensuring the efficient use of online platforms for handling administrative tasks.
