Recent regulations, specifically Circular 07\/2025\/TT-BGD\u0110T which took effect on May 5th, 2025, stipulate that at least 25% of the curriculum in joint training programs must be delivered by foreign lecturers. While this provision is intended to raise academic standards and promote internationalization, it presents a number of practical challenges – ranging from foreign faculty recruitment and mobility (e.g. visas and work permits), to program restructuring, cost implications, and quality assurance. This webinar will convene key stakeholders to examine how institutions are adapting to these requirements, share implementation experiences, and discuss feasible models for compliance.<\/p>\n
