The\u00a0Conference\u2019s theme \u201cImpact Beyond Boundaries\u201d will focus on three key stages of the\u00a0journey of a trust-based partnership:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Vision <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Engagement <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. In this section of the conference, we will hear a\u00a0keynote from a seasoned diplomat and partnership broker, and invite participants to\u00a0participate in one of three workshops on different aspects of project engagement. These\u00a0workshops will be offered in parallel to support skills building towards successful\u00a0engagement in cross-sector partnership.<\/p>\n<p><em>10:30 \u2013 10:40 <\/em>Engagement Keynote<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Speaker:<\/span><\/strong> Julianne Cowley, Australian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City [EN]<\/p>\n<p><em>10:40 \u2013 12:00<\/em> Engagement skills workshops running in parallel<\/p>\n<p>{Participants will choose one of three options}<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Option 1:<\/strong><\/span> The Art of Collaboration &#8211; Managing expectations, roles and\u00a0responsibilities [EN]<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of any engagement, how can partners articulate and manage expectations,\u00a0negotiate roles and responsibilities, and facilitate changing motivations among\u00a0stakeholders? In this workshop, two experienced communications and partnership\u00a0practitioners will explain key steps in organizing collaborative teams. In the final section of the\u00a0conference, we will hear from a keynote speaker and panel of experts who will share\u00a0stories of partnership forged in crises.
