Attendance & Voting Rights<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any Named <\/strong>Representative<\/strong> is welcome to attend the AGM. However, voting rights are reserved for the Primary Member<\/strong> (the designated lead representative) of Ordinary Members<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If the Primary Member is unable to attend, they may authorise another Representative from the same Ordinary Member<\/strong> to vote on their behalf.<\/p>\n
