Letters to the Government on Draft Legal Documents for the Data Law web

In response to the draft legal documents guiding the Data Law, issued by the Ministry of Public Security in January 2025 and opened for public consultation, the VBF Digital Economy Working Group (DEWG) and the Banking Working Group (BWG) have jointly submitted comments on the following:

1. Draft Decree detailing and guiding the implementation of the Data Law;
2. Draft Decree on scientific, technological, and innovation activities, as well as data-related products and services;
3. Draft Decision of the Prime Minister issuing the list of Critical Data and Core Data.
