HO CHI MINH CITY – 23 July 2025 – The British Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (BritCham) is proud to announce the official launch of its new Tech Working Group, a dedicated platform to foster innovation and collaboration between the UK and Vietnam. The launch took place today at the “Accelerating Vietnam’s Digital Finance Transformation” conference, hosted by ACCA Vietnam.

The new group aims to create a dynamic forum for businesses in the technology sector to network, share insights, and drive commercial success.

During the launch event, BritCham Chairman, Mr. Denzel Eades, delivered a speech outlining the strategic importance of this initiative. “BritCham believes we can be a bridge between that expertise, the funding for the sector, and Vietnam’s strategic priority placed on the tech sector,” he stated.

The Tech Working Group will be guided by the expert leadership of its two Co-Chairs:

– Mr. To Quoc Hung, Country Manager, ACCA Vietnam

– Dr. David Salt, CEO, LOGIVAN Technologies

Demonstrating significant early interest, the member-led group has already seen an enthusiastic response, with 80 members taking the initiative to join.

This new initiative is the sixth pillar in BritCham’s influential network of Working Groups, joining established groups for Energy, Education, ESG, Professional Services, and Trade. Being part of a Working Group allows members to gain a deeper understanding of government policy , connect with key stakeholders , network with industry leaders , and identify new business opportunities.

BritCham is proud to support initiatives like the Tech Working Group that foster open dialogue, cross-sector partnerships, and sustainable digital growth. We look forward to continued collaboration and to seeing the positive contributions the Group will bring to Vietnam’s innovation landscape.
