BRITCHAM CONTRIBUTES TO DIALOGUE ON WORK PERMIT REFORM

Given the strategic significance of the work permit regulatory framework and the newly released Draft Decree intended to replace Decree 152/2020/ND-CP, BritCham has actively gathered input from our members and submitted consolidated feedback to the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF). We also participated in two recent policy dialogues co-organised by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) and the Ministry of Justice (MOJ), where we raised key concerns and recommendations on behalf of the UK business community. BritCham will continue to engage closely with relevant authorities to ensure that the voice of our members is represented in this important regulatory reform.
