BritCham has submitted its official comments to the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) in response to the Ministry of Finance’s Draft Decree on the Domestic Carbon Trading Floor. Our feedback highlights key recommendations to strengthen the quality, transparency, and operational integrity of Vietnam’s emerging carbon market.

This includes calls for internationally recognized carbon credit standards, clear participation procedures, robust market member criteria, and the establishment of training programs to support effective implementation.
