DRAFT LAW ON DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

MIC has released the Draft Law on Digital Technology Industry for public comments. The Draft Law regulates key contents on:

• Digital technology industry activities and digital technology products and services
• Promoting the development of the digital technology industry
• Promoting and developing digital technology products and services
• State management of the digital technology industry

This draft law is to be reviewed by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly during their September 2024 session and presented to the National Assembly in the 8th Session in October 2024.
