MPS has recently released the Draft Data Law for public comment. The includes 7 chapters and 65 articles covering various aspects such as the development, processing, and governance of data; the use of science and technology in data processing; the National Integrated Database; the National Data Center; data products and services; state management of data; and the responsibilities of entities, organizations, and individuals involved in data activities.
