1. Draft Decree on Amending and Supplementing Decree No. 35/2021/ND-CP on PPP Law

The Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) is calling for public comments on the Draft Decree amending and supplementing Decree No. 35/2021/ND-CP dated 29 March 2021, which provides guidance for the implementation of the Law on Public-Private Partnership Investment (PPP Law).

We have received an official letter from the Department of Management and Supervision of Tax, Fees, and Charges Policy under the Ministry of Finance, regarding proposals to amend the VAT policy for exported services. The VBF is kindly requested to provide comments based on the details outlined in the letter.
