    Decree 152 concerning the management of foreigners working in Vietnam has brought challenges to employers relative to the Vietnam Work Permit landscape with crucial consequences for companies seeking to send their employees into the country and extend current assignments, especially during the current global pandemic and Vietnams fight against the delta variant of COVID-19.
